Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions on which we, Degusta Food Service (registered office at 8 -12 Wholesale Fruit Centre, Bristol, BS2 0YH), supply any of our products to you. 

 

Prices 

​

Our current price lists are provided in good faith, but they may be subject to change without notice. 

Please note that a minimum monthly expenditure of £1,500 is required to qualify for our delivery service. 

For customers under the threshold, we offer a collection service, provided orders are placed at least a day in advance and meet the minimum order quantity of £75. 

 

Delivery

Return policy  

Following the Company’s T&C,   

Customers must check all products and quantities immediately upon delivery.  

Any issues (including incorrect items, quantity discrepancies, or damage) must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.  

All packaging and damaged goods must be retained until the claim is settled.  

Photographic evidence is required and must be sent to Customer Service Chat without delay.  

Claims for damage or shortages will not be accepted after 24 hours  

Under no circumstances will Degusta accept a product return without an uplift note.  

 

Return Scenarios  

Return-upon-delivery  

Customers may return products directly to the delivery driver at the time of delivery. The driver will return the items to the warehouse, and a credit note will be issued.  

Return by Customer After Delivery.  

If an issue is identified after delivery, only the Customer Service department or a Sales Rep can authorise a return. The customer must contact Customer Service within 24 hours.  

Important: After the driver has left, no items will be collected unless the return has been authorised by the Customer Service department and an uplift note has been issued.  

Non-Returnable Items  

Frozen and chilled products are non-returnable unless returned on the same day.  

 

 

Reservation of title 

​

Until full payment has been received by Degusta Limited for all goods supplied, those goods remain the property of Degusta Limited.

Data Protection Act of 2018 

​

Degusta Limited is required to inform you that information about you may be passed to our financiers. 

Degusta Limited reserves the right to close any account without prior notice after a period of inactivity of 1 month. 

We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
