Our vinegar producers have been making high quality artisan vinegars for 5 generations (since 1905), using both red and white Mediterranean wines.
‘Good wine makes good vinegar’, so even before vinegar production can begin, a careful selection of wine is required which in itself requires a huge amount of experience.
Vinegars adapt with changing demands of the market, and we offer a large range of vintage vinegars, to cover many culinary palates and cooking techniques.
